From Aug 2020 onwards i am facing frequent internet disconnection problemA, complaint was given through app nothing was responded, no one is there to look complaint, in other hand I am calling over phone, it says that the line us busy and disconnected after few seconds... always line is busy, customer is not cared properly, still my complaint is not attended

  2. Kids are unable to attend or struggling to attend online classes, now i organised separate mobile connection for online classes with data provision, very bad status...
